Some basic info from a stoner forum. :
1: exercise as much as possible till 2-3 days before the test (this is the only thing that will eliminate THC from the body because the fat that THC and Cannaboids is stored in gets burned).
2: 2-3 days before the test stop all excercise and just vege out (this will drop metabolism and lower the THC release in the blood stream) while vegging out, consume lots of fatty stuff. this will "layer" ontop of the "contaminated" fat and kinda isolate it a bit.
At this time you will want to start increasing your creatine levels (to compensate for dillution). It takes a bit for it to show up in your urine. This is why you need to start 2-3 days before the test. Goto some healh store and buy a small bottle of "Creatine Monohydrate" and follow the dosing on the bottle. In a pinch eating lots of red meat can work, hell even sex will bost it. Keep consuming the creatine until the test.
3: Day of the test. ~2 hours before the test drink LOTS of water (64+ oz would be good) and some vitamin B supplements (B6, B12, or even B2 should do the trick too).. the goal is to dillute the test (dont give your first morning piss for the test). they can tell that you are loading with water when it comes out clear (not enough vitamin

or lacking creatine (step2).
Note: they only test for creatine if they think you tried to mess with your sample.
