One of my friends dad's was in charge of building a huge 200ft yacht for some rich guy. The thing that annoyed me was that he had a Ferrari and Lambo that would go on it, and the guy was blind! He had those cars for the crewman to drive. Anyways, the boat cost some $30+ million to build, the bathroom alone was 1 million, but man that thing was nice. All the wood throughout it was hand carved. It's crazy the money some people put into these things.

I believe it was a 3 year project. I saw it when about a month or two before it was fully complete. That ship was so high tech though. It had satellite internet that'd allow you to download movies to the boat, and you could play it on all the TVs on the boat (which was like 20 or so). Each crewman had their own nice 20" plasma TV in their room, and then most of the other TVs were hidden behind paintings and that sort of stuff, to keep the boat a bit nicer looking, so you don't have these TVs everywhere.

I love yachts...before I was into cars that much, I was totally digging yachts...but, ya know, cars are a lot cheaper

those are all ridiculous. why not just buy a cruise ship and make some money back by renting out rooms. god damn those are huge, what is the point??? boats are good for two things - fishing and scuba diving. if the boat i buy can comfortably allow me to do both of those, im all set, even if its 15ft.

i would not put something that expensive on the ocean! its bad enough driving an expensive car with other people on the road, but at least the pavement can't swallow you up.

I once went to Sct. Tropéz in southern France, and yacht's like that was normal! There were even bigger then that, it was crazy. They were all lined up in the harbour, most of them bigger then our house. It was unbeliveable.
