they're being sued by Apple. it's made by a chinese company and they showed it off at Cebit, and Apple's lawyers told them to take the display down.. so it went down for 1 day.. but came right back up the next day. hehe..

They haven't been makeing a fuss about it being a apple clone either, this is one of the posters they've used:


I've read its going to be around the same price (if it ever gets that far) and the most important thing is that it also has a fm tuner.
Seems more like a publicity stunt to me.
