Why is this nonsense when the Defender isn't? It's the same idea.. huh.gif

I'm sick of seeing those fucking lookalike concepts of new Wrangles for 5 years with no fucking new Wrangler coming! Fuck Jeep
moe89
The wrangler clames to be an everyday driver but still amazing offroad which it isnt

The defender says that it is just great offroad which it is
DakianDelomast
Err wranglers are still one of the most sought after offroad vehicles...

Yeah, by people looking for a cheap first car.

Except for the when the Land Rover is broken down.

The Wrangler is built by the same people that make the Neon.

BTW: The Wrangler IS good for off-roading. (Depending on what trim you look at.) It doesn't take much to make a good 4x4.
moe89
Wrangler isnt as good as the Defender overall offroad, and the old Willy's Jeep was still behind the old Defender

And they managed to fall even farther behind tard.gif
TexanBerettaGT
Show me one defender that can do what Wranglers can do rock crawling wise.

I'm just curious to see one, cause I don't believe they exist.

Do they sell Defenders in North America?

and is the Defender cheaper than a wrangler?

why are you biased towards european cars all the time?

why are you so annoying?
moe89
You can buy used Defenders in the U.S. for about $20K see

so it is more expensive and more rare but very slow, so a wrangler is faster and cheaper, but the Defender is rarer and not a girls car(Jeep)

It is cheap for a landrover and it better than a wrangler stock,

I understand that a wrangler can be torn apart and made into an ultra extreeeeme offroader, but I wouldn't do that simply because it would become even MORE undrivable on the road

I cant stand American cars and that is why I may seem annoying to you, sorry rolleyes.gif

1) the point of an offroader is to be extremely versatile (driving in deep sand, climbing rocks etc.) not road comfort, that's for grocery getters (m-class,x5 etc.)
2) You can buy anything here used, (theres a TVR here in winnipeg In forget which I think it's the chimera or cerbera) I meant brand new so no, they dont sell them here

3) Jeep is not a girl's car

4) Cheaper and faster always wins

5) only females rolls their eyes

Wrangler > Defender, especially when it comes to rock crawling.
McKhaos
^^^Those pictures are irrelevant . Those are modified vehicles .
But I can tell you from my own experience . I've been off road (through a forest actually) in a stock Defender 110 ( the intermediate version - wheelbase wise) . That thing was uncomfortable as fuck , but it got the job done . It went through the deepest mud and up the steepest hill with total ease . If I had to choose a car only for serious off roading use , I would defenatly choose a Defender .
moe89
I put those pictures to show that a defender CAN go offroad, and CAN beat a Wrangler when it comes to offroading

But your McKhaos right, if I had to choose a car to go seriously off road, it would be a Defender everytime. and even though the Defender and Wrangler are not comfortable at all, the Wrangler claims to be an everyday drivers car...The Defender claims to be only an offroader
goota
I cant say that the Defender is a bad car, or worse than the Wrangler, but i can say the Jeep Wrangler is a very VERY GREAT offroad vehicle.

I used to have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4.0L, this thing was a beast. I kept it completely stock, i took this baby everywhere, one of the most demanding places being down in baja california, mexico. Everything offroad i threw at it, it came back and spat in my face saying "is that all you got pussy!"

I honestly would never buy an american car, with one exception, a Jeep Wrangler. In my experience, the jeep wrangler, offroad, feels like bliss. The only way to have an honest and good opinion on a jeep wrangler is to have seriously driven one. So all you haters, go out and give a wrangler all you got, and come back to me when your loving it, because no doubt you will be loving it.

I cant say I would choose a Wrangler over a Defender, becuase i have never driven one, but i can say, the defender is going to have to reach the high bar for me to think about it on equal terms.

man... i wish i still had it... sad.gif

I think the comparison is kind of irrelevant. If you want to go offroad in a little car, buy the jeep. If you want to go offroad in a big car, buy the Defender. Yes, the Defender comes in a little version, but honestly, why? I personally think the Defender is the second coolest offroad car as stock. Jeeps are third because they're so small.

Honestly, for my money I wouldn't buy either. Iet's say that I've decided to sink money into building an offroad vehicle because there are places near me that I would like to go. I could buy the Jeep and add differential locks, bigger tires and a winch. I could buy the Defender and not have to add the diff locks. But what I would do is buy a Unimog and a winch and be happy.

G Class>Defender>Wrangler

FACT
moe89
The G-Class is in a MUCH different class
The defender and wrangler are small(or big depending) very good(depending) offroad for a fairly cheapprice

The G-Class is good offroad, but also a luxury car and the AMG is a very fast good offroad luxury SUV.

The G also costs atleast 4-5 times the amount of the other 2
