I have got one question...I have seen more than a few car lists of GT4 that list the Koenigsegg CC, 8 Lamborghinis, Bugatti Veyron and a few EB110's, along with other cars that arent on the supposedly "official list"

But the game only vaguely says that there are "more than 650 cars"
GT3 had a Lambo Diablo and F1 Cars but werent on the lists at first

GT3 had F1 cars. I have 5 of them in the game right now.
As for the Diablo, it was the JGTC Diablo that was originally on the game. Polyphony assumed that they could put the Diablo just with the JGTC license. They later had to remove it once they found out that they needed Lambo's license as well.

There are no Lambos. There is no Koenigsegg. The official list is just that - official.
