rc cars in general are great .... esp the nitro ones... ah the thrill, the excitment, the NOISE!.... only when they acutally do run but otherwise its pretty cool... kinda steep on ur wallet though... i chose the SNR cuz it seemed more practical for my purposes ( non-racer, off/on road interest) and it works pretty well for what i intended. rc is a high maintenance hobby though and that = money

I have a Traxxas Stampede and run it for quite a long time. Finally one day I got tired of charging batteries and decided I wanted to go Nitro. So far I havn't yet though. At first it was money issues. Now I have a job but the issue now is no time. At least I could on my off days though.
I just bought an Xmod from Radio Shack last night. Seems pretty nice but it's just not right for me really. It's not big enough to take outside and thrash around and I don't have enough room in the house really. It's okay though, it's just money

money is DEFINITLEY a factor hahah.... when i bought this kit along with all the little accesories i'd need to get it running, ( batts, tx, rx, gas, ect) it set me back about $700. then u have repair costs

Haha that looks like great fun. I have 2 electrics at my parents house. I'll pick them up when I go. Although I'm not sure of what shape their in. I want a big truck like Diesel's HPI so bad but I don't have the funding right now.
