New show coming out soon I guess. Here's the pilot episode, it's funny as hell

I watched some of the pilot episode...it wasn't really up to Family Guy standards at all.

Dammit, do I take clarkmas opinion and not waste time downloading or take Cyclones opinion?

Cyclone, was it funny compared to Family Guy or just funny if you manage to block out anything Family Guy related?

I thought it was quite good for a pilot episode. I'm sure it will get to be LOL funny once the show is fine tuned and the characters are fully developed.

it was funny, but not family guy funny. It seemed like they were trying to hard to make it anohter family guy, talking animal, random jokes, ect. Just wasn't quite the same.

I just don't understand why the new series instead of just concentrating on Family guy.

Family Guy absolutely owns this. Saw this (DL it quickly too, lots of seeders, thanks for the link), got a few laughs, then ocne it was doen I opened up a FG episode and WOW. No comparison!! FG>ALL

They were about to bring Family Guy back...Then Fox threw the idea out.

It was on after the Superbowl.

I was thoroughly impressed by American Dad. I was really expecting it to be awfaul, and not live up to Family Guy at all but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised.

no, there are still going to be new episodes aired. you cant have them draw up a seasons worth of cartoons then kill the contract.

Like dinomite I was expecting it to be a big disappointment, and I think that's why I actually enjoyed it. I wasn't expecting it to be as funny as Family Guy, and I found that I rather enjoyed it, and it had it's funny moments...
