Suzuki Swift Sport 2012

Suzuki unveiled a sporty version of its bestseller Swift. The Suzuki Swift Sport 2012 will be presented at the Frankfurt Auto Show 2012. Powered by a 1.6L gasoline engine, the sporty Swift pumps out the power of 136 horses with a max torque of 160Nm. The new Swift is perfect with the tuned 6-speed manual transmission; and combine that with a sporty suspension, you get a racer with an excellent cornering stability and a more nimble and more stable handling. With a decidedly sporty Suzuki's world premiere at this year's International Motor Show (IAA): The Japanese small cars and four-wheel specialist presents the latest generation of the compact runabout Swift Sport, the sporting subsidiary of the successful model Swift.

The new Swift Sport comes with an even more aggressive and sportier design.The front of the vehicle shapes, a large grille, which gives an impression of the sportive value of the vehicle.Owes its distinctive look of the new Swift Sport also a clear and consistent lines that express the sportiness and performance.The interior continues the distinctive exterior design: a modern equipment and quality materials provide maximum driving pleasure.

The 1.6-liter gasoline engine, internally referred to as M16A makes 136 hp (100 kW) with a maximum torque of 160 Nm and is perfect with the standard 6-speed manual transmission tuned.Sporty performance and lower consumption are the result of extensive development work.A sporty suspension and a new specially developed for the Swift Sport compact rear suspension gives the racer an excellent cornering stability and a more nimble and more stable handling.

Also, the standard safety equipment leaves nothing to be desired: A light, very stiff and aufprallabsorbierende body structure, seven airbags (including curtain airbags and knee airbag for the driver) and the Electronic Stability Program ESP ® provide the best protection for vehicle occupants.
