Power comes from a 3.8L flat-six boxer engine, which has direct-fuel injection technology, a new expansion intake manifold and Porsche’s turbocharger with variable turbine geometry. All that allows for 500-hp, 20 more horsepower than the outgoing model. Maximum torque is increased by 15 for a total of 516 lb-ft, when equipped with the optional Sport Chrono Package Turbo.
